Kids Fun House opened in Queens 15 years ago, as a family-owned and operated business, to serve the area's growing family and kids-friendly community. Always offering a trusted and family-friendly environment, KFH helps everyday people and their kids through high-quality entertainment, social events, and a stress-free place that anyone can enjoy. All of these - and more - in one of the most extensive facilities of 6,000 sq. f in the area.

The Challenge

Their old website wasn't representative of their brand or values and most of all didn't drive traffic or generate leads. While KFH is a tremendous in-person experience, the website visitor didn't get that through their images or the website design. KFH needed a modern, digital-focused website, with a strong marketing approach, interactivity, and usability that will convince the first-time visitor of the place and the safety of their kids. In addition to the fair and competitive rates for any event, the open play, and the birthday packages they also had to utilize an easy for them and their client's system, for booking and payments.

The Approach

 The first step in our engagement with Kids Fun House was developing an in-depth website strategy that would help all parties understand the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for the business. Competitor analysis and an evaluation of the whole local industry pointed very fast to our suggestions and our solutions to the challenge. Our team identified three key things the new website would have to do: Increase traffic, simplify booking, and demonstrate happiness and values. 

The booking software along with the calendar of events was based on a professional solution that was covering everything that was requested, including coupons, limitations, different sections of the play area, discounts, and an easy back-end dashboard. The last thing we had to assure, was a high ranking in search results, based on the many different keywords that were provided, focusing on the volume of visitors and the local competition.

Few companies shape how Americans experience the ownership of a supercar or hypercar, the way that Speed Art Motorsports defines. The owner, an internationally recognized authority in vintage and modern sports cars as well as racing motorcycles, hired us, to scale up his existing website, fix technical and visual issues, and expand the functionalities and performance.

The Challenge

Speed Art Motorsports, needed a web presence that showed the range of incredible vehicles, in ultra-high resolution images without performance issues. At the same time, we had to preserve the strict requirements for the search engines, the server-side restrictions, and of course the user experience from a mobile device/slow connection. 

Once those challenges were overcome, we needed to make sure that we continued to optimize the website for search results, using efficient and effective technologies that we're utilizing our data-center servers on-the-fly. 

The Approach

The first step in our engagement with Speed Art Motorsports was the development of an in-depth analysis that would help all parties understand the problems of the existing website, the engines, and misconfiguration that were initially done, and the opportunities from utilizing different technologies without any shortcuts to the quality of the images or performance.  During the process, we identified major things that the updated website would have to do: Increase traffic, provide strong compliance with the search engines' requirements and increase the loading speeds of the super heavy pages. 

Optimizing Site Features

To solidify the website's role as a global source for high-end motor lovers, we had to deal with the performance and bandwidth limitations that any hosting company comes with. In order to avoid large-scale expenses for the business, we stepped up and create an exclusive setup and environment for the specific website on our servers. The first step was done, and now we had an unlimited amount of data that we can output. The next step was to optimize the images by using the most advanced server-side techniques. Adaptive AI-based programming was used at this phase, in order to provide almost custom results for each device and location. The result was a speed increase of 98% per page, with loading times going down from 60 sec to 4,5 (!!!)

BQE Fitness is a health club and fitness community centrally located on the borders of Woodside, Astoria, Jackson Heights, and Elmhurst. Their completely renovated 45,000+ sq ft facility is inviting, and inspiring and includes state-of-the-art equipment, a multitude of classes, a basketball court, a boxing room, an aerobics studio, strength & conditioning section, individual circuit training rooms, a Café – Juice Bar, and ample parking. 

BQE Fitness reached out to us, to establish a new website as their major tool for lead generation. Our team of digital marketers and developers crafted a complete digital solution for them, that could turn leads into loyal clients, with sophisticated back-end tools for booking, many payment methods, and decision-making metrics for their audience.

The Challenge

Since this is a very large gym, the local targeting expands to many areas in an already overcrowded environment with high competition. In addition, all of the gym services needed to rank on the first page of Google, Yahoo, Alexa, and Siri, including the basketball court, their restaurant, personal training, and several others. The structure of the website and the framework that it was designed, needed to be flexible for now and for the future, due to many custom design pages and functions.

Needing to bring in more leads through digital, ALS engaged The Web Empire to revamp its online image. Our team built a brand-new website that showcased ALS as the top leader in the Long Island market and a trusted source for premium services.

The Challenge

Beauty services is a busy and competitive industry, and ALS wanted and deserved to stand out among the rest. To do so, we had to come up with a unique exclusive design, with a high-quality layout as well as simple navigation and a deep explanation of their services. To begin our engagement with ALS, our team built a multi-layered strategy that created clear and concise guidelines for the direction of the new website. A customized CMS helped to keep the budget low, providing flexibility for the back and front end for our developers. Cafe Turkiye gives Astorians and the rest of the local community the chance to taste authentic Turkish cuisine, mixed with Greek and other Mediterranean flavors. As a new business they had to promote their wide range of dishes and services while at the same time they needed to rank high on search results.

The Challenge

The restaurant industry is multi-faceted and complex. The competition in Astoria is probably higher than in Manhattan, and the CT had a  need to show expertise in creating those traditional dishes and providing a series of services, particularly catering and private events. Having in mind the many NYC's audiences and the fact that most of them are browsing through cell phones, the website needed to be visually perfect with smart elements and easy navigation for everybody.

The Approach

We applied our human-centric philosophy to CT's new website, creating user pathways for different audience groups while ensuring our design put the emotional impact of their dishes at the front and center of each page. Our professional photographer ensured that each picture will demonstrate as close as possible the real dish, while the design colors, the messaging strategy, the homepage, and any action-oriented page were custom-made according to CT's preferences.
